Online registration
Please click the “REGISTRATION” button, fill complete the registration form and click the “ENTRY” button. The confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent.

Conference fees
1) Registration fees

*Students are requested to write their supervisor's name on the registration form. The fees include participation in the 6 days conference. The fees exclude hotel and traveling costs as well as meals.

2) Banquet fees
10,000JPY/per person
Conference Banquet will be held on 29th July, 2009 at HAPPO-EN.

Detailed information will be provided later.

Method of payment
There are three methods of payment:
  1. By credit card (VISA / MASTER / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB) in Japanese yen.
  2. By bank transfer
    Please finish the online registration by choosing the bank transfer. The bank account information will be automatically provided by email upon completion of on-line registration.
  3. On-site payment (Japanese yen only)
    If you have missed online registration, the payment can be made in cash or credit card (VISA / MASTER / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB) at the registration desk on site.

On-site payment and bank transfer payment after April 30 will be charged the fee corresponding to the later registration, even if the early registration was completed before the April 30.

For foreign participants, we strongly recommend to make the payment of
the registration fee via credit card. If the bank transfer payment is selected, all remittance charges must be paid by the person registering.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations of registrations should be notified to the secretariat by a written and signed document with your name and amount of payment.
The following cancellation policy applies to the refund.
Kindly understand that additional handling costs will be subtracted from the refund. Any cancellation made after May 31st, 2009 will be refunded after the conference.
